As we make our appointments you will receive an automated appointment reminder Look for this in your inbox 24 hours prior to your session.  (Tip: whitelist my email address to be sure it is not marked as junk or spam)

 

Please arrive to your session on time, with loose comfortable clothing. (Not applicable to massage clients)


A few days after your session you will receive a Session Integration form to prompt you to continue processing the material, experiences and thoughts about the session or realizations you may be having after the session. Please try to complete this form 24 hours before your next session.


The Client Log is also available for you to use to journal about your experiences.

5 Tips to Stop Anxiety from Stopping You

You know when anxiety gets going it rarely stops. It is a constant state that is either more or less at any given time. 

Any one of these five steps will help you introduce a different/countering state of being at times when your anxiety is noticeable and may be stopping you from doing something you want to do (meet with friends, make a presentation) or being a way you want to be (loving, connected, spontaneous).

  1. Make crazy faces in the mirror.
  2. Splash cold water on your face.
  3. Whistle.
  4. 10 Slow Deep Breaths.
  5. Feel the stability of the ground under your feet.
